Melvin decided to join Dean in this venture after being a PE teacher for more than 12 years. He loves to work on HDB flats. Call him sentimental but growing up in a HDB flat himself, he loves the nostalgia and the kampung spirit that HDB estates exude. He believes that HDB flats do not have to be that stereotypical pigeon hole. Each flat has potential to be a forever home that everyone longs for.
