Owners of this beautiful Chiltern Park home,  loves the beach and resort lifestyle. Because they used to frequent holiday destinations such as Phuket and Koh Samui, they have always wanted to bring their vacations back to their home. Thus, Dean proposed a home with neutral colours and lots of wood with beautiful laminates that show beautiful wood grains to give the home a feel like they are living in a wooden hut which is reminiscent of the resorts that the owners frequent.

The Chiltern Park Condominium was more than 1500 sq ft and almost the entire home was  renovated to make way for this resort inspired design. It was a build not without its challenges as the living room was an odd shape. To counter this issue, a wooden structure from which the TV hangs and also acts like a feature wall was created to make opposite sides of the living room parallel to each other. This is so that the owners can watch TV comfortably from their sofa without having to watch at an angle.
